Complimentary Shipping
We offer free 2 Day FedEx / UPS on all domestic U.S. orders over $500+.
Note: Complimentary shipping applies to qualifying domestic U.S. orders and may depend on order value, available carrier service, and checkout conditions.
Same-Day Shipping Cutoff
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST are shipped on the next business day.
We strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.
Important: Same-day shipping depends on order timing, business-day processing, carrier availability, and operational volume.
How your shipment moves
Order Placed Your order is submitted through checkout with your selected shipping method.
Cutoff Review Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on business days are typically handled the same day.
Carrier Handoff The order is prepared and handed to the selected or applicable shipping carrier.
Tracking Sent Tracking information is emailed once the order has shipped.
Delivery Delivery timing depends on the selected service, destination, carrier, and external conditions
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This number can be used to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support team.

We ship using UPS, FedEx, and United States Postal Service (USPS).
Important:
- UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
- FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please use a physical delivery address when selecting UPS or FedEx to avoid delays, returned shipments, or carrier delivery issues.

- Carrier delays, errors, or lost/stolen packages
- Delivery to incorrect addresses due to customer error
- Weather-related delays or force majeure events
- Customs delays or international transit issues, if applicable
While we will always assist in tracking or escalating issues with carriers, we cannot offer refunds for shipping problems beyond our control.
Important: Carrier timelines, delivery scans, weather delays, and delivery exceptions may fall outside Ion Peptide’s direct control.
